Ella Adams (Yoga Instructor)
Ella is deeply passionate about movement, health, and wellbeing. She embraces a holistic approach to life, dedicated to helping others unlock their power and potential through intentional movement, breath, and daily choices. Having experienced feelings of hopelessness and stagnation herself, Ella is committed to guiding others on their journeys to discover the innate tools within them, empowering them to elevate their lives.
With a background in competitive golf played overseas in the US, Ella developed remarkable discipline but also faced significant physical and mental challenges. After stepping away from the sport and navigating various life obstacles, she uncovered her true passion: helping others through yoga, movement, breath, meditation, and mindful everyday choices.
In 2023, Ella completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Greece, embarking on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth. This experience unlocked a new layer to herself and transformed her perspective on life, revealing that yoga extends far beyond physical practice. She has since enhanced her knowledge with a 50-hour Yin training and a 300-hour program in Thailand, where she learned Jonny Kest’s Seven Doorways of Vinyasa Yoga.
Movement, meditation, and community are three essential pillars that have transformed Ella's life. Since implementing and teaching yoga, she has gained valuable insights, realisations, and a renewed perspective, fuelling her desire to share these experiences with others. Aware that she is just at the beginning of her journey, Ella humbly acknowledges the vast knowledge still ahead of her. Her passion for the learnings of yoga, the mind-body connection, and the world around us drives her to ensure that everyone has access to this wisdom.
Ella has turned her pain into purpose and is dedicated to empowering others on their journeys. Her goal is to simplify and demystify the extensive information surrounding yoga, meditation, and holistic health, making these transformative practices accessible to all.
