Basic Postures: After a gentle warm-up, we’ll transition into foundational yoga poses that promote mind-body connection, strength, flexibility, and energy flow.
Flow: With a solid foundation established, we’ll create a dynamic flow, exploring movements or unlocking a peak pose.
Savasana: Experience the most vital part of our practice as we shift from “doing” to simply “being.” Embrace stillness in both body and mind, soaking in the benefits of the session.
Re-awaken from this experience to the beauty of the sunset. Feel free to stay and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere together, and perhaps even take a refreshing ocean dip.
